Happy Monday, Friends! After going through some recent photos, I realized that I hadn't shared some of the fun places we ate when I visited Colorado during the holidays--starting with the charming Duchess Tea Room where I savored this lavender lemonade
...and a CREPEprese while Dear First chose the tea sandwich assortment. If you live in the area, do make a reservation even if one isn't recommended because the small cafe fills up quickly. We ate outdoors and believe it or not, the heat was comparable to Texas in December!

Call Your Mother Deli is a kitschy bagel franchise mostly located in the northeastern states; the Fort Collins location is relatively new and absolutely delightful! The menu features everything from assorted bagel sandwiches to latkes and specialty coffees
