When I had my gift shop I planted an herb garden on the property for the customers to enjoy. Thyme was planted along with rosemary, lavender, oregano, basil, tarragon, mint and lemongrass. I would often pick some basil and mint to put on my lunch salad, which was so good. Now that I have recently retired, I am planning to plant a small herb garden at my house.
